Birgitte Aarestrup saw herself as a conduit for the Ascended Masters and wrote & spoke for many years of the New Consciousness and the Human Condition as seen from a Universal Perspective. Birgitte departed on Jan 3, 2023, but her friends are keeping this website and her messages open to the public in the hope that some will find wisdom and comfort in her words and images (see Menu on top of this page for teachings, inspirations & videos).
In late 2022 Tibettan Monks paid Birgitte a visit at her home in Goleta, Ca. We don’t know who shot the video, but if you have the time, join this Audio-experience of meditations from Birgitte’s past.
